Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase.

Digital content and the waiver

For digital content supplied immediately, that 14-day right is waived where you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once download begins. We collect this consent at checkout: before payment you confirm that you understand the product is digital content delivered immediately and that you consent to losing your 14-day cancellation right.

Because delivery is immediate and this consent is given, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.

If something goes wrong

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
